This page shows my initial black and white design which I then experimented with by changing the colour combinations until I found a design that would work with my project. I really liked the black and white design but decided it wouldn’t be interesting enough for the interior I was designing. So I started to experiment with different colorways but found that adding a fill made the design look too blocky and heavy hence why I experimented with adding textures, but because I wanted this to be a tile I didn’t think this was an appropriate way forward. I ended up stripping it back to basics and experimenting with changing the colour of the lines which I preferred the look of and found to be more appropriate for the space.
